Warranty, Complaints & Reviews


We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in optimal condition. However, it can sometimes happen that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. 


It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil (this applies for Dutch and/or Belgian customers only). Since 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

We believe it is important that reviews provide the best possible picture of our products and services. Our reviews are therefore managed, impartially, by WebwinkelKeur.

You will automatically receive an email a few days after we have shipped your order. Your package may not have been delivered yet, for example because PostNL is busy. You can of course also write your review when you have received your order.

Our customers are not rewarded for writing reviews. No discounts or other gifts are given.
